AIR FRYER STEAK FAJITAS
- ½ red onion
- 500 g steak cut into strips
- 2 bell peppers
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoon avocado oil
Preheat your air fryer to 200°C.
While the air fryer is preheating, prepare your vegetables. Cut the onion and peppers into thin strips.
In a small bowl mix together the spices: garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and onion powder.
Rub this all over the steak strips. I used 2 teaspoons of Enchilada Seasoning instead.
Add the steak and vegetables to the air fryer basket, along with a drizzle of avocado oil.
Cook the steak fajitas for 7 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Serve with optional toppings such as tortillas, guacamole, sour cream or salsa. Enjoy!
