AIR FRYER MILO LAVA CAKE

  • ¼ cup Milo, plus extra to dust the top
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 – 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 egg

Preheat the air fryer to 200° C for 3 minutes.
Stir milo, flour and sugar together.
Add water, oil and egg and mix well.
Transfer to two ramekin that has been greased.
Bake for about 8 to 10 minutes.
Let it cool for 1 minute, remove from the ramekins and invert the lava cake.
Sprinkle on top with extra milo.
Serve and Enjoy!
