AIR FRYER BROWNIES
- ⅔ cup all purpose flour
- 6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- pinch salt
- ¾ cup sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoon water * I used milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ cup chocolate chips, optional
In a large bowl, stir together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
Add in the sugar, melted butter, and water. Stir together to combine the ingredients.
Add in the egg and vanilla, stirring until the batter thickens.
Pour the batter into a 15 x 15 cm cake tin, lined with parchment paper.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. (I skipped the preheating).
Once it’s preheated, place the pan in the basket.
Cook at 180° for 10 – 12 minutes.
Notes:
Line the bottom of the pan with parchment paper, leaving about an inch on each side so when the brownies are done cooking, it can easily be lifted out of the pan.
All air fryers cook a little differently. Check your brownies around 8 – 10 minutes to be sure it isn’t over cooking. If necessary, add an additional minute or two until the middle is fully cooked.
