TUNA AND RICE BAKE
“This recipe was born to use up left overs.”
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 x 170 g can tuna
- 2 eggs
- 250 ml milk
- ½ cup corn
- ½ cup cheese
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
Preheat oven to 180 °C and butter a pie dish.
Whisk together milk, eggs, curry and herbs; add cheese and set aside.
Spread rice on bottom of dish, spread tuna over rice and spread corn over the tuna.
Pour over milk mixture.
Bake until golden brown and set.
Enjoy as a light meal with a salad of your choice.
