SOFT YOGHURT PIZZA DOUGH

The dough is extremely light and soft. Very delicious.

  • Dough:
  • 2 cups cake flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 cup plain yoghurt

Sift dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Add cooking oil and mix till mixture looks like bread crumbs.
Add yoghurt and mix till soft dough. Flatten for a pizza base.

  • Topping:
  • cheese of your choice
  • salt and pepper steak
  • some left over sausages
  • chilli sauce on base
  • red and yellow pepper with some onion rings on top

Put topping on the flattend dough of your choice.
Bake at 180°C  for 12 to 15 minutes.

Note:
I’ve used the above topping ingriedients but you can use anything you want to.

    Then Its not called a pizza anymore, its called a flammkuchen.. I work at a restaurant and we serve those. A flammkuchen is a pizza with a yogurt base
