- 5 egg whites
- 1¼ cup castor sugar
- 1½ teaspoon corn flour
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Preheat oven on 150°C.
Whip egg whites till thick and creamy.
Add cornflour, lemon juice. Must be thick creamy like mallows.
Put a parchment wrap / lunch wrap on a baking tray. Scoop in desired shape and bake for 40 min until done and switch off oven. Leave to cool in the oven with the door a little bit open.
Fill with cream fruit of choice.
Very light. Enjoy!
