OVENBAKED PANCAKE

OVENBAKED PANCAKE

  • 5 eggs
  • 400 ml cake flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 800 ml milk

Beat the eggs.
Add the rest of the ingredients, mix well and let the batter rest for 15 minutes.
Pour the mixture into a lined baking tray with high sides.
Bake at 225 ºC for 22 – 25 minutes.
Cut in portions and serve with strawberry jam and cream.
Enjoy.
