- 250 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar (or 5 ml vanilla essence)
- 1 egg
- 300 g cake flour
- 200 g nuts
Mix butter and sugar, add egg and then flour and nuts.
Turn the dough through the coockie press and bake the biscuits for 10 minutes at 180°C.
If you like, dip them into liquid couverture (chocolate).
