- 4 cups of muesli of your choice, I used muesli with cranberries
- 1 tin of condensed milk
Pre heat oven to 180 ºC.
Mix Muesli and condensed milk together, press into a lined pan and bake for 25 minutes until golden.
You can double this recipe as I made it in a large sheet pan and it’s quite thin, so if you are looking for thicker bars then maybe use a smaller pan or double the recipe.
It’s delicious. Dry on a cooling rack and slice into bars.
