MOIST CHOCOLATE BROWNIES

Ek het hierdie resep vandag uitprobeer – gekry op bakpoeier blikkie! Dit het baie lekker uitgekom en ‘n heel eenvoudige resep. Ek het dit hier en daar effens aangepas – hier is dit.

  • 375 ml cake flour
  • 7,5 ml baking powder
  • 375 ml castor sugar
  • 1 ml salt
  • 30 ml cocao powder
  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 3 eggs, extra large
  • 175 ml cooking oil
  • 5 ml vanilla essence

Preheat oven to 180°C and grease baking tray. Sift all the dry ingredients together.
Melt chocolate in microwave (low heat), and leave to cool down for a few minutes. Beat eggs, oil and vanilla essence together. Stir melted chocolate into the egg mixture.
Pour the egg/chocolate mixture into the flour mixture, and mix well. Spoon the mixture into a baking tin and spread evenly.
Bake for 30 minutes (or more).
