MICROWAVE SALTED CARAMEL FUDGE
- 500 g brown sugar
- 1 good pinch sea salt
- 250 g white chocolate
- 150 g butter, unsalted
- 395 g condensed milk, sweetened
Mix brown sugar, butter and condensed milk in a microwave save bowl. Melt together in the microwave for 8 minutes stirring every 2 minutes.
Add salt to the sugar mixture. Then fold in the white chocolate till everything is melted together.
Spoon the mixture in a lined small pan and top with some salt. Leave to cool.
