KRISTIE‘S RICH CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
- 250 ml fresh cream
- 80 ml cocoa powder
- 60 ml castor sugar
- 30 ml full cream milk
- 2 pieces of any chocolate of your liking
Whip the fresh cream till stiff peaks form.
Fold the cocoa powder into the fresh cream.
Add the castor sugar and the full cream milk and mix well.
Put a big spoonful into two separate pudding bowls till it’s filled to the top.
Garnish with a piece of chocolate on top of the chocolate mousse.
Place in the fridge for two to three hours and serve!
Rich and creamy and very delicious!!
