- 500 g beef ribs, chopped in small pieces
- 5 large onions, sliced
- salt and pepper
- 2 slices of breakfast cake or bread of choice
- 4 bay leaves
- 6 cloves
- 1 tablespoon of apple syrup
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
Season the meat.
Fry the meat until brown, add the onions and fry for a while, deglaze with water until it is covered. Add the breakfast cake in small pieces.
Add the bay leaf, apple syrup and vinegar and let it simmer very slowly for about 3 hours.
