FRENCH BREAD WITH HONEY
- 1 ½ cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 3 ½ or 4 ½ cups cake flour
Combine water, salt, honey and yeast. Let it stand for 5 min.
Add the flour and knead until it is no longer sticky. Cover for 20 min.
Heat oven for 200 ºC.
Cut slits in the dough and bake for 15-20 min.
