All ingredients are added to personal taste and amount of servings desired.

  • onion sliced
  • oil for frying
  • dried red chilli’s
  • ½ teaspoon garlic and ginger paste
  • chopped cabbage
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • sugar, optional

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the onion until golden brown.
Add the dried chilli’s, garlic and ginger paste and chopped cabbage to the onion, a small amount of water can be added to prevent the mixture from burning.
Place a lid on the pan and cook until the cabbage mixture turns brown and the cabbage are cooked through.
Season to taste and serve.

You can add a little bit of sugar for a sweeter taste if desired.
