CURRIED NOODLE SALAD

CURRIED NOODLE SALAD

  • 2 cups cooked noodles
  • 1 chopped onion fried
  • ½ cucumber cut in little blocks
  • 1 cup pineapple cut in blocks
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 200 ml oil
  • ½ cup vinegar
  • 1 ½ tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

Finely chop the onion and fry until lightly brown.
Make a sauce with the sugar, oil, vinegar, curry powder and tomato sauce.
In a bowl, add the cucumber, pineapple, noodles and onions together.
Add the sauce mix to the noodles and stir thoroughly.
Let it stand for a while for the flavours to develop.
