  • 2 tins tuna, drained
  • 200 ml mayonnaise
  • 250 g smooth cottage cheese (savoury)
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, mashed
  • 200 g savoury biscuits (bacon kips), crushed
  • ½ cup butter, melted

Spray ring pan with spray and cook. Mix tuna with 100 ml mayonnaise. Dish into ring pan and spread evenly. Mix cottage cheese and half cup cheese and spread on top of tuna mixture. Mix hard-boiled egg together with rest of cheese and mayonnaise. Spread mixture on top of second layer. Mix crushed biscuits with butter. Sprinkle over layers and press firmly with back of spoon. Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour.
Turn out carefully on serving plate and serve as a starter or light meal with green salad.

I did not have savoury cottage cheese, so I added some sweet chilli sauce and chutney (to taste) to plain cottage cheese.
