AMANDA’S QUICK SNACK
- Salticrax with Mediterranean herbs
- 1 teaspoon mediterranean style ratatouille
- lemon pepper
- salt
- origanum
- pinch of grated Mozzarella
- Parmesan cheese
- Cheddar cheese
- olive
- anchovy
Salticrax topped with a teaspoon Mediterranean style ratatouille, seasoned with lemon pepper, salt and origanum.
A pinch of grated Mozzarella, Parmesan and Cheddar cheese on top, together with half an olive and a sliver of anchovy. Put for 30 seconds in microwave and enjoy.
