AMANDA’S QUICK SNACK

  • Salticrax with Mediterranean herbs
  • 1 teaspoon mediterranean style ratatouille
  • lemon pepper
  • salt
  • origanum
  • pinch of grated Mozzarella
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Cheddar cheese
  • olive
  • anchovy
Salticrax topped with a teaspoon Mediterranean style ratatouille, seasoned with lemon pepper, salt and origanum.
A pinch of grated Mozzarella, Parmesan and Cheddar cheese on top, together with half an olive and a sliver of anchovy. Put for 30 seconds in microwave and enjoy.
