AIR FRYER PESTO PIN WHEELS
- 1 puff pastry sheet
- 2 tablespoons basil pesto
- 8 slices of ham
- ¼ cup, grated Parmesan cheese
Thaw one puff pastry sheet, and roll it out into a rectangle shape.
Spoon the basil pesto on the puff pastry sheet, covering as much as possible.
Lay slices of ham flat on the pesto and then sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
Starting with the long end, tightly roll the pastry.
Cut the roll into twelve pieces and place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket, with the cut side down.
Do not crowd or overfill the basket. You can lightly brush the basket with olive oil, use air fryer safe cooking spray, or line it with air fryer parchment paper.
Cook at 180°C for about 13 – 15 minutes or until they are golden brown.
