AIR FRYER BREAKFAST SOUFFLé

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons (light) cream
  • chives
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
Finely chop the chives. Put the eggs and cream in a bowl and beat together. Stir in the chives and season with salt and pepper.
Fill the ramekins up to halfway with the egg mixture.
Bake the soufflés for 8 – 10 minutes.

Notes:
Chives can be replaced with parsley and chilli be added.
